Our Quality Has Been Recognised

We are proud to announce that we have been successful in transiting from ISO9001:2008 to the latest ISO9001:2015 standard and our Quality Management System has been audited and has met the strict criteria required for certification. We took the decision to become certified through NQA, a globally recognised UKAS accredited certification body. ISO 9001 provides a framework and set of principles that ensure a common-sense approach to the management of our business to consistently satisfy our customers and other stakeholders. In simple terms, it provides the basis for effective processes and effective people to deliver an effective product or service time after time. The programme of certification consisted of 3 audit stages, two of which examined and verified our internal QMS and the third stage involved a site visit to interview our installation teams and survey our on-site activities.
